Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will grant you total authority over your email mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, configure email filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mails on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox you would like to forward email messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
